Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT)

RBTs implement one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) based programs under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). They provide home-based therapy and collaborate with a team of therapists and consultants to obtain learning goals and objectives. Peak Behavioral Services provides the training for candidates to obtain the RBT certification. Hiring in the following areas:

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

We are looking for a highly qualified BCBAs to join our team of experienced behavior analysts. BCBA Clinicians are responsible for supervising RBTs, conducting initial assessments and re-evaluations, writing treatment plans, and providing parent training services. BCBA Clinicians are also be responsible for educating and training new staff on professional and clinical skills, as well as client protocols.
